From 1989 to 1999 at Merrill Lynch & Co., most recently as Managing Director, Investment Banking. Terri assisted in creating the private equity institutional fund raising business along with other senior professionals in the industry. She sourced, structured, managed and executed equity placements in buyout, venture, international, mezzanine, distressed securities and real estate funds as well as private companies. Terri secured equity commitments from United States, European, Middle Eastern, Latin American and Asian investors and developed and managed the real estate private equity agency business into the largest of its kind in the industry.
